Is the first orientation call free?
Completely. It's a chance to get to know each other and talk through your goals, with zero obligation on either side.
Are the sessions in person or online?
After the orientation call, sessions can run entirely remote if that suits you better: I coach clients from anywhere. In-person sessions happen at the Delft office.
Are the coaching sessions personalized?
Absolutely, every trajectory is built around your needs and goals. I don't offer group sessions; the work is one-on-one.
What happens in a typical session?
We discuss your goals, challenges and progress, and you leave with guidance, support and concrete strategies for the stretch between sessions.
Which languages do you coach in?
English, Dutch and Romanian.
